The Therapy

There are two different treatments using hypnosis:

Suggestion therapy is used to produce a change in a behaviour pattern, such as smoking, nail biting, pre-test nerves, slimming, relaxation, confidence boosting and many more. For children, suggestion therapy is very effective for solving bed-wetting, thumb-sucking, school phobia and sleep problems. Most cases require only two or three sessions.

Analytical therapy is used to discover original causes of psychological problems. Hypno-analysis can be summarised briefly as the doctrine of “cause and effect;” every effect (the symptom) must have a cause. Hypno-analysis reveals and removes the cause and consequently relieves the symptoms.

Emotional problems respond particularly well to hypno-analysis. There is no need to put up with something that is inside yourself but outside your control. Provided that you are prepared to devote time, money, effort and self-discipline you can free yourself of your problem.

Phobias of all kinds, allergies, nightmares, insomnia, anxiety attacks, nervous tension, sexual problems, irritable bowel syndrome, anorexia nervosa and bulimia  respond particularly well to hypno-analysis.
